Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip.
Pricing Policy
- Package rates may change depending on availability, peak season, and long weekends.
- Any increase in taxes or service charges will be applicable.
Check-in / Check-out
- Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 Noon
- Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability.
Transportation
- Vehicle will be provided strictly as per the itinerary.
- Any extra usage will be charged additionally.
Liability
- The Epic India is not responsible for delays or changes due to natural calamities, weather conditions, road blocks, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any additional cost due to such situations will be borne by the traveler.
Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of [Your City Name].
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days before travel: 10% cancellation charges 15–29 days before travel: 25% cancellation charges 7–14 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation charges
